Has anybody ever seen the pavement gutters cleaaned in the last 20 odd years?

Blocked,Drains,and Rain equates to ...........

So the NBC is cutting services meaning our streets are cleaned less,hence the drains getting blocked ,the NCC are not responding to requests to clean the drains ,where do we go from here ?
